Direct Air Capture
Modular DAC units that extract CO₂ straight from the atmosphere, deployable anywhere at any scale.
Overview
Direct air capture removes CO₂ that's already in the atmosphere — addressing legacy emissions and hard-to-abate sectors simultaneously. Captisme's DAC platform uses a temperature-vacuum swing adsorption (TVSA) process with our proprietary solid sorbent, achieving industry-leading energy efficiency in a containerized, remotely monitored form factor. Each unit operates independently or networks into arrays of hundreds for megaton-scale removal, with performance verified through integrated MRV (measurement, reporting, and verification).

Key Features
Location-Independent Deployment
No flue gas connection required. Deploy in deserts, coastlines, or co-located with renewable energy sources — wherever makes economic and logistical sense.
TVSA Process
Temperature-vacuum swing adsorption delivers superior energy efficiency compared to liquid solvent DAC approaches, with lower thermal requirements.
Array Architecture
Individual units network into arrays of 10 to 10,000+ modules. Shared infrastructure — power, CO₂ pipeline, controls — reduces per-unit cost at scale.
Digital Twin Monitoring
Every unit streams real-time performance data to a cloud-based digital twin for predictive maintenance, carbon accounting, and credit verification.
Target Industries
- Corporate carbon removal credits
- National climate commitments (NDCs)
- Hard-to-abate sector offsets
- Voluntary carbon markets
- Remote and island decarbonization
